Brand

  • Blijf in alle gevallen kalm en denk aan uw eigen veiligheid
  • Meld de brand direct bij de receptie & druk de dichtstbijzijndebrandmelder (rood) in
  • Probeer kleine brandjes te blussen. Iedere verdieping heeft brandblussers en brandslangen (zie ontruimingsplattegrond)
  • Op de ontruimingsplattegrond in uw kamer staan de blusmiddelen en vluchtroutes aangegeven
  • Gebruik in geen geval de lift
  • Verlaat bij een algemeen rookalarm zo snel mogelijk het gebouw via de nooduitgangen en meldt u zich op het parkeerterrein bij de Bedrijfshulpverleners. Wacht hier op verdere instructies.

Brievenbus
De brievenbus vindt u in het centrum van Nes. Een paar minuten lopen van het hotel. U kunt uw post uiteraard ook bij de receptie afgeven.

Invalidetoilet
Het hotel beschikt over een invalidetoilet. Dit toilet vindt u op de begane grond naast de receptie. Tevens vindt u hier een baby verschoon bed.

Klimaatbeheersing

Kluis
Elke kamer beschikt over een kluis, hierin kunt u al uw kostbaarheden veilig bewaren. Maak uw kluisje altijd leeg bij uw vertrek en laat de kluisdeur open voor de nieuwe gast. De gebruiksinstructies vindt u bij de kluis.

Milieu
Graag verzoeken wij u bij het verlaten van uw kamer de lichten te doven en uw verwarming uit te zetten. Onze huishouding werkt ook mee aan de bescherming van het milieu. Zo zal de schoonmaakster bijvoorbeeld uw kamer luchten en de verwarming uitzetten. Ook vervangt ze in uw badkamer slechts de handdoeken die op de vloer liggen. Heeft u andere wensen (raam dichtlaten, extra toiletpapier e.d.), meldt dit dan bij het kamerpersoneel of de receptie.

Minibar
In uw kamer vindt u een koelkast voor uw eigen gebruik. De twee flessen water in de minibar zijn van het huis

Niet storen
Wij storen u niet als het label ‘geen opmaak ‘ aan de buitenkantvan uw deur hangt. In dit geval kunt u schoon wasgoed vragen aan de receptiemedewerker. Vergeet niet dat u op de dag van vertrek uiterlijk om 11.00 uur te kamer dient te verlaten.

Ontbijtbuffet
Geniet van ons uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet in het restaurant op de begane vloer. Het ontbijt wordt iedere dag geserveerd van 08:00 uur tot 10:30 uur.

Parkeren
Parkeren is mogelijk op het parkeerterrein van het hotel; in de parkeervakken aan de overkant van de straat. Wanneer deze parkeerplekken vol zijn; kunt u op loopafstand meerdere parkeerterreinen vinden, aan de rand van Nes, waar u kosteloos,uw auto kunt parkeren.

Roken
Hotel & Restaurant Molenzicht is een rookvrij hotel. Wanneer wij constateren dat er op de kamer of uit het raam gerookt is zijn wij genoodzaakt € 200,- in rekening te brengen als vergoeding voor  het reinigen van de kamer. Roken is toegestaan op ons terras en in aan de voorzijde van het Hotel.

Televisie
U kunt kosteloos gebruik maken van de standaard televisiekanalen.

Terras
Met mooi weer is ons terras aan de overzijde geopend voor Beers & Cocktails.

Uitchecken
Onze uitchecktijd is uiterlijk 11:00 uur. Mocht u eventueel uw kamer langer willen gebruiken kunt u naar de mogelijkheden vragen bij de receptie.

Huisregels | voor uw en onze veiligheid

In onderstaand reglement vindt u de belangrijkste huisregels die binnen ons hotel gelden. Wij vragen u deze regels te respecteren en te accepteren.

Algemene regels

  • Alle aanwijzingen van medewerkers van dit hotel, die verband houden met huisregels, dienen te worden opgevolgd. Klachten/opmerkingen kunt u bij de bedrijfsleiding melden.
  • Blijf in geval van brand kalm. Meld brand bij de receptie en/of sla de dichtstbijzijnde brandmelder in. Verlaat bij een algemeen brandalarm direct het pand. Gebruik bij brand in geen geval de liften.
  • Gevonden voorwerpen dient u in te leveren bij de receptie.
  • Hotel & Restaurant Molenzicht is niet verantwoordelijk voor verlies of diefstal van uw bezittingen.
  • De bedrijfsleiding van Molenzicht kunnen niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor enig letsel en/of materiële dan wel immateriële schade, die bezoekers van de locatie mochten ondervinden.

 

Het is verboden om

  • Nooduitgangen te gebruiken als normale in- en uitgangen.
  • Eigendommen van het hotel mee te nemen buiten het gebouw.
  • Bij het moedwillig beschadigen van eigendommen van Hotel Molenzicht kan men aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor de reparatie- en/of vernieuwingskosten.
  • Verdovende middelen te nuttigen, gebruiken, verhandelen of bij zich te hebben.
  • Overlast te veroorzaken voor een ander o.a. middels harde muziek,  onhebbelijk gedrag of door lawaai van welke aard dan ook.
  • Te roken op de kamer. Indien wij constateren dat er toch gerookt wordt op de kamer zijn wij genoodzaakt €200,- reinigingskosten in rekening te brengen. Indien het brandalarm afgaat door roken op de kamer, zullen de voorrijkosten van de brandweer aan u worden doorbelast.

In alle gevallen waarin dit reglement niet voorziet, beslist de directie van Hotel Molenzicht.

Do not disturb
We won’t disturb you if you put the label “No cleaning today” on the outside of your door. If this label is still there after 1.00 pm, it is possible that your room will not be cleaned. In this case you can ask for clean sheets and towels at the reception. We would like to remind you that check out time is before 11:00 am.

Electricity
The voltage is 230V.There are several sockets in your room and bathroom.

Environment
We kindly ask you to turn off the lights and the heating when leaving your room. Our room staff also works on protecting the environment. The cleaning maid will turn off the heating as She ventilates the room. Also, she will only change the towels that are lying on the bathroom floor. In case you have any wishes (keep the windows shut, extra toilet paper etc.), please report this to the housekeeping staff, or the reception.

Fire Safety

  • In case of fire always stay calm and think about your own safety first.
  • Report the fire as soon as possible to one of our staff & this can be done by pressing one of the red fire alarms
  • Try to extinguish small fires to stop them from spreading. Every floor has fire extinguishers or a water hose.
  • There is an evacuation plan in your room, which will show you the nearest extinguishers and evacuation routes.
  • Never use the elevator!
  • Stay calm when hearing the fire alarm. Leave everything behind, and head (with your companion(s)) to the nearest exit. Wait on the parking lot for further instructions from the fire department or emergency response

The reception has a first aid kit.

You can contact the reception for lost and found property.

Luggage
Temporary storage is possible at the reception. The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft or damage.

Mailbox
There is a mailbox near the hotel in the centre of Nes. It is also possible to hand in your mail at the reception.

Minibar
Every room has a minibar, this is for your own use. The bottles of water are complimentary.

Parking
Parking is possible in the parking spaces in front of the hotel. If the parking spaces are full, ask reception for the nearest parking lot. There are several parking lots in Nes, in walking distance of the hotel, where you can park your car for free.

Hotel Molenzicht is a non-smoking hotel. When smoking is ascertained, we will charge €200,– to your account as a compensation for cleaning the room. Smoking is allowed on terrace and in front of the hotel.

You can watch the regular channels on your television for free.

Terrace
Open from April until September for Cocktails and Beers.

Toilet disabled
Our hotel has a toilet for disabled. You will find the toilet on the first floor. This room is also made suitable for changing diapers of your child.

House rules| for your own safety

The following rules are the most important house rules which apply within Hotel Molenzicht. We kindly ask you to respect and accept these rules.

General rules

  • All instructions which are given by employees of the hotel, according to the rules, should be followed. Complaints and/or comments should be reported to the management.
  •  In case of fire, please stay calm. Report a fire at the reception and/or push the hand detector. At a general fire alarm, leave the building immediately and wait for instructions. Never use the elevator during any case of fire/alarm.
  •  Lost and found should be handed in at the reception.
  • Hotel Molenzicht can not be held responsible for loss or theft of your belongings.
  • The management and/or employees of this property can not be held liable for any injury and/or (non)material damage which might encounter to our guests.

It is forbidden

  • To use emergency exits as normal entrance / exit.
  • To carry hotel properties out of the building.
  • When intentional damage is ascertained, you can be held responsible to pay for repair and/or renovation costs.
  • To use, trade or bring along narcotics.
  • To cause nuisance to another hotel guests by playing loud music, obnoxious behaviour or any other kind of noise.
  •  To smoke inside the hotel and restaurant. Smoking is only allowed outside the building. When smoking is ascertained, we will charge a fine of € 200,- to your account to compensate the costs for cleaning the room. When the fire alarm goes off and the fire department has to come, we are forced to charge their costs to your account.

All cases which are not mentioned within these house rules will be decided about by the management of Molenzicht
